Sentara Obstetrics, Gynecology & Midwifery Specialists is hiring a full-time Patient Care Specialist in Elizabeth City, NC. This role provides non-clinical support within a physician's office and ensures an excellent patient experience by handling a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and answering patient questions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience required.
• 1 year experience with health insurance plans, medical records data, medical terminology, registration, scheduling, or third-party payers required.
