You will collaborate with pharmacy and nursing teams, answer calls, and ensure timely, accurate medication deliveries and orders, contributing to high-quality patient care and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical office setting.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Experience with scheduling software and EMR systems.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Collect basic patient information as instructed.
• Schedule medication deliveries and refills.
• Maintain delivery schedules.
• Answer patient calls and direct questions to the team.
• Provide information about medications and supplies.
• Assist with forms and signatures.
• Enter orders under supervision.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and nursing teams.
