Job summary

AmeriPharma in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking an on-site administrator to serve as the first point of contact for patients and physicians. You will review scheduling deliveries for home infusion medications and nursing services, manage clerical care documents, and support compliance with pharmacy workflows.

You will educate patients and families about home infusion therapy, maintain electronic records, coordinate with pharmacy and clinical teams, handle escalation calls, and ensure timely delivery

Responsibilities

• Review scheduling deliveries for home infusion medications and nursing services.
• Manage patient assessments and refill schedules to ensure uninterrupted care.
• Educate patients and families about home infusion therapy and medication delivery.
• Maintain electronic records and ensure necessary patient documents are signed.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and clinical teams for timely medication orders and supplies.
• Handle patient calls requiring escalation to a pharmacist or clinician.
• Process prescription orders for axillary and compounded medications.
