Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to maintain an organized, efficient workflow with pharmacy operations and external couriers. You will support production by ensuring timely movement of goods, clearing staging areas, and reporting issues to the Workflow Manager.

Two full-time on-site positions are available in Orange, CA and Laguna Hills, CA. Candidates should have shipping/receiving experience, a valid CA driver’s license, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in shipping/receiving or warehouse coordination.
• Experience in pharmacy or healthcare logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Serve as primary contact for pickup courier services and delivery issues (FedEx, UPS, freight).
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify quantities and condition.
• Log shipping/receiving data into internal systems and maintain records for audit readiness.
• Monitor supplies and restock as needed; route items to appropriate departments.
