You’ll greet patients and vendors, answer calls and emails, coordinate schedules, perform reminders, and assist with billing tasks. The ideal candidate has strong organization and communication skills and a collaborative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn EMR.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and act as primary contact.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, handle emails.
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
• Verify insurance and enter demographics in EMR.
• Explain coverage and patient financial responsibility.
• Prepare patient charts and documentation.
• Handle charges, co-pays, and payments in EMR.
• Run reports to ensure billing accuracy.
• Monitor daily patient flow and adjust schedules.
• Communicate wait times to patients.
• Coordinate with clinical and optical teams.
• Support retention through recall and follow-ups.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as needed by management.
