Job summary

Caris Eye Centers - Alpharetta is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to deliver exceptional patient experiences at the front desk. You will manage check-in/out, scheduling, and outreach while supporting optical and clinical teams.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and a professional presentation. Training is available for the right candidate, with supervision from the Practice Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and professional presentation.
• Willing to train candidate with good customer service and a desire to learn.
• Experience preferred, 1+ years in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience, creating a positive patient experience.
• Assist in patient outreach and scheduling.
• Cross-train as Eyewear Consultant and Ophthalmic Technician as needed.
• Partner with team members and doctors to provide best in class customer service.
• Perform a variety of front desk administrative duties.
