Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison (Pharmacy Technician) for an onsite, Monday–Friday role in an outpatient clinic setting. As the primary patient contact, you will guide therapy journeys and ensure a seamless pharmacy experience while partnering with pharmacists and clinic staff.

The role emphasizes high-touch patient support, allergy/prescription coordination, and adherence monitoring. A strong technician background and office skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient’s journey from onboarding through refills.
• Coordinate timely medication delivery and manage refill schedules.
• Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges.
• Monitor and promote medication adherence.
• Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to resolve issues quickly.
