Job summary

Guthrie is hiring a Patient Care Partner for the 6NW unit in a full-time capacity. You will work with RNs/LPNs to provide hands-on patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment, including ADLs, hygiene, feeding, and mobility support.

The role includes day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM with weekend and holiday rotations. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available where eligible, and the organization emphasizes teamwork, growth, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No experience required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and patient hygiene.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN/LPN.
• Help with feeding and mobility using Safe Patient Handling equipment.
• Record vital signs and I&O.
• Provide patient safety and comfort.
