Job summary

Guthrie is seeking a Care Partner to provide general support tasks (clinical and non-clinical) for the hospital. You will work with the patient care team to deliver care across age groups under the direction of an RN/LPN, maintaining competency and safety in daily tasks.

The role supports a wide range of patient needs, including hygiene, mobility, specimen collection, and documentation. A current CPR certification and willingness to participate in performance improvements are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Record vital signs and patient activities (ADLs).
• Transport patients and deliver nourishment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
