Job summary

Guthrie is seeking a Patient Care Partner for a full-time night shift to assist with daily living activities and support a fast-paced hospital team.

You will aid with hygiene, monitoring, and safety while collaborating with RNs and LPNs to deliver patient-centered care. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available where eligible, and Guthrie offers comprehensive benefits within an integrated healthcare system.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living under RN/LPN supervision.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and safety protocols.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and basic measurements.
• Assist with comfort, mobility, and hygiene activities.
• Transport and deliver meals and supplies as needed.
