Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care to designated patients using a patient/family-centered approach under the direction of an RN.
• Employs effective communication with patients, family, visitors, staff, and colleagues and reports changes or problems to the RN.
• Assists in achieving unit and hospital goals and participates in orientation of new staff as assigned.
• Performs validated technical skills as directed by unit practice and uses technology to support care delivery.
