As the EMR expert and liaison across teams, you will ensure accurate data, smooth workflows, and responsive patient services. A CMA/RMA with BLS and MA training are essential, with potential growth within Penn Medicine.

Qualifications

• Must hold CMA or RMA credential.
• MA certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Oversee daily schedule, operations, and performance metrics for assigned area.
• Rooms patients, documents in EMR, and supports MA duties as needed.
• Assist with procedures, care coordination, and patient communication.
