Job summary

Psychiatric Medical Care, LLC is seeking an Office and Patient Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support for the program staff and assist with patient care needs. The role includes transportation of patients in a provided van, insurance verification, and billing support.

You will help with medical records and maintain supplies, while contributing to a positive team environment and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA, MA or LPN credential preferred.
• Experience caring for older adults in hospital or nursing facilities.
• Experience performing secretarial/clerical duties; familiarity with EMR.
• Valid driving record; comfortable with transporting patients in a van.
• Experience transporting patients preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of community resources for older adults; familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare team roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality administrative and clerical services for program staff.
• Assist with patient care and transportation as needed.
• Assist with insurance verification and billing procedures.
• Complete medical records, forms, and documentation.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of supplies; ensure safe transportation.
• Support treatment teams and coordination of care.
• Provide excellent customer service and positive team dynamics.
