Qualifications

• Certification must be obtained within 120 days of hire (NHA, AAMA, AMT, NCCT, AMCA).
• Preferred: Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care under supervision of the health care provider.
• Prepare and room patients; obtain vital signs and document history.
• Perform back office testing per AHN protocols.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• May serve as a scribe with training.
• Follow up with patients per provider instructions.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies.
• Sterilize instruments and perform lab controls.
• Document in EHR per standards.
• May float between locations.
