Role Overview:

As a Patient Care Manager at Assisting Hands of Preston Hollow, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of patient care services. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of in-home care are maintained. Whether you work on-site, you'll have the flexibility to coordinate patient schedules and enhance our caregiving team's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
