• Proficient in medical records, documentation, and healthcare administration.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, prioritization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms, take patient histories and vitals, assist with minor procedures, and distribute screening forms.
• Greet and assist patients/visitors in person and by phone, manage inquiries, and maintain confidentiality.
• Verify insurance eligibility, register and check in patients, and prepare visit documents.
• Maintain accurate patient files, demographics, insurance details, and scan documents.
• Retrieve voicemails/faxes, collect payments or refer to credit representatives, and support patient care.
