The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, CPR certification, and CMA/RMA/PCT credentials with injection/documentation experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• CPR certification is required.
• Certification as CMA/RMA/PCT or equivalent for injection administration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and representatives to obtain demographic, financial, and identification information.
• Assist in patient flow from waiting area to exam rooms and prep patients for the physician.
• Answer telephones, provide customer assistance, and handle data entry/registration tasks.
