OSF HealthCare is seeking a Patient Care Liaison/CNA to provide direct patient care and assist with a variety of needs in the department. You will greet patients, families, and visitors and help ensure a smooth workflow to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Required qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, CNA certification in Illinois or EMT-B, and BLS for Health Care Providers. Prior patient care experience is preferred; OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Expected pay for this position is $18.98 - $22.34/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Care Liaison/CNA provides patient care, greets, and talks with patients, family members, and visitors in the department. Assists with a variety of needs during their stay, performing various duties/tasks to support a smooth workflow in the unit and provide an exceptional patient experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma/GED
Other License/Certifcations: Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Illinois or EMT-B, License in the State of Illinois American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Prior patient care experience
