Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Windows and Google Suites.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical duties: maintain departmental deposit logs, prepare schedules and reports, analyze to maintain provider schedules.
• Maintains positive customer service atmosphere in reception areas.
• Oversees waiting area and ensures orderly flow.
• Answers telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner.
• Coordinates patient movement and reports issues.
• Works with multi-line phones.
