Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments.
• Collect copays, deductibles, and other payments and document them.
• Answer phones, schedule and confirm/cancel appointments.
• Maintain an organized reception area and protect patient confidentiality.
