Dental Health Associates of Madison (DHA) is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our front desk team. You will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience from check-in to check-out.

Based at our Old Sauk Clinic, this in-person role supports our busy clinics, collaborates with the dental team, and helps maintain smooth operations with daytime hours. DHA offers growth and a supportive, doctor-owned culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
• Handle front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow efficiently.
• Verify insurance coverage, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
• Process patient payments, explain financial policies clearly, and professionally address billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and outstanding patient care.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing office supplies, and supporting daily operations.
