Retina Vitreous Associates in Findlay, OH is seeking a Patient Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact, manage patient flow, verify insurances, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure a smooth check-in/out experience. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong customer service.

Office hours are Monday–Friday 7:30am–5pm with potential early/late shifts; travel to Lima, OH as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience and/or training required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient flow and check-in/out processes.
• Verify medical and vision insurances.
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and managers.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
