Agape Care Group is seeking a Team Coordinator in Culpeper, VA. You will answer incoming calls, manage daily workflow, assign clinician visits, and prepare interdisciplinary meetings while maintaining office inventories and supporting clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Scheduling and office management experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and manage daily workflow.
• Assign clinician visits and prepare interdisciplinary meetings.
• Maintain and inventory medical supplies and office equipment.
