Agape Care Group in South Carolina is seeking a Team Coordinator to lead and support a patient-focused team. You will answer incoming calls, manage daily workflow, assign clinician visits, and prepare interdisciplinary meetings to ensure seamless care delivery.

In addition, you will oversee office inventory and medical supplies, support clinical leaders, and help maintain a positive, compliant work environment. This role offers growth opportunities within a caring, values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a health care setting.
• Scheduling and office management experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

We are looking for a team coordinator ready to lead and serve. As a team coordinator, you will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, processing daily workflow, assignment of clinician visits, preparing interdisciplinary meetings, managing and maintaining office inventory and medical supplies and supporting the clinical leader(s). Most importantly, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the agency so patients can receive the care they need.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Associate degree preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a health care setting. Scheduling and office manager experience preferred
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
