Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Aurora East, CO clinic.

The PCC-I supports clinic growth through patient intake, insurance verification, scheduling, and creating a welcoming front desk environment. This full-time role offers standard business hours and bonus opportunities, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greets everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients, physician offices.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
• Manage schedule efficiently and handle non-clinical documentation.
