Job summary

VIPCARE in Pensacola, FL is recruiting a Medical Scribe to support providers by accurately documenting patient encounters in real time within our EHR system. Qualifications

• Previous Medical Scribe experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with accuracy and thorough documentation.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office for real-time collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document patient encounters in real-time in the EHR system.
• Maintain thorough, organized documentation for providers and care teams.
• Assist providers by handling documentation, enabling focus on patient care.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with the care team to resolve documentation discrepancies.
