Elite-Dental-Partners is seeking a Patient Coordinator to support patient care and education in a welcoming dental practice. You will greet patients, collect and verify insurance details, and maintain a smooth daily schedule to ensure timely appointments.

The role requires knowledge of dental insurance and strong communication with patients and team members. We offer full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a degree or additional education in business or healthcare preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a dental/medical/healthcare or customer service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental software (Dentrix strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and make them feel welcome.
• Gather patient information, create files, and verify insurance eligibility.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments.
• Confirm patient appointments and update the schedule as needed.
• Answer questions about insurance and financial arrangements.
• Collect and post payments from patients and insurance companies.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
