Look Optical in Westminster, CO is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our front desk. You will be the first smile patients see, handle scheduling, check-ins, and create a seamless, personal visit from start to finish.

We offer an hourly rate of $19-21, Monday–Friday with some Saturday hours, plus generous benefits and a supportive team culture that values growth and care for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus).
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions
• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations
• Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills
