AEG Vision is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to manage front desk operations, support patient flow, and coordinate care with the team. You will greet patients, handle inquiries, and optimize schedules to ensure a smooth visit for every patient.

Responsibilities include verifying insurance, entering data in the EMR, and communicating coverage details to patients. You will also assist with chart preparation, billing steps, and follow-up outreach to boost retention.

Qualifications

• Front desk operations and patient flow management.
• Clear, proactive daily scheduling and coordination.
• Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient demographics.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in EMR.
• Explain coverage and patient financial responsibility clearly.
• Prepare patient charts and documentation ahead of visits.
• Record and allocate charges, co-pays, and payments.
