Job summary

OnePeak Medical Office & Corporate is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors in the Southern Oregon region. You will deliver exceptional customer service, verify PCP information, and support patients with scheduling and paperwork.

You will manage a multi-line phone system, collect payments when needed, and ensure accuracy of patient records while maintaining confidentiality in line with HIPAA. Travel to other clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and visitors.
• Maintain accurate PCP listing and patient demographics.
• Handle multi-line phone system and schedule appointments.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and secure information.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly in person and by phone.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with attention to detail.
• Register patients and update insurance and payment information.
• Collect copays and balance due and document in EPM.
• Maintain reception area and office files.
• Address patient concerns and escalate as needed.
