The position requires strong customer service, organization, and multi-tasking skills, with CPR before hire for mobile radiology; valid driver's license may be required; vaccination may be a condition of employment. This role supports multiple sites and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• CPR certification must be obtained prior to hire (mobile radiology); CPR certification is a plus (fixed radiology).
• Valid state driver's license may be required.
• Ability to work at multiple locations.
• COVID-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, customers and visitors in person and over the phone.
• Perform patient registration in various systems and verify insurance.
• Answer calls professionally and courteously; may collect payments at time of service.
• May transport patients to/from exam rooms and assist in transfers.
• Schedule appointments and prepare medical records for physicians and patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits in electronic systems and written documents.
• Ensure HIPAA regulatory compliance and support clinical staff with documentation.
