Job description:
Patient Care Coordinators are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you’ll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aid, and insurance. Patient Care Coordinators work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations, and more.
