Role Description

The Patient Care Coordinator - Plastic Surgery Sales is a full-time, on-site role located in Austin, TX. This position is responsible for welcoming and guiding patients through their cosmetic journey, including coordinating consultations, explaining treatment options, and supporting patients before and after procedures. Daily tasks include managing appointment schedules, answering phone and email inquiries, conducting initial screening conversations, and providing accurate information about services, procedures, and pricing. The role also involves maintaining detailed patient records, ensuring clear communication between patients and clinical staff, and following up with leads to support practice growth. The coordinator works closely with the surgeon and team to deliver an exceptional patient experience, from first contact to post-procedure follow-up.
