• Answer multiple phone lines.
• Explain pre-operation instructions to patients.
• Fill out and fax posting sheets and pre-operation forms.
• Pre-authorize surgeries with insurance companies.
• Scan and fax pre-operation clearances to hospital and surgery center.
• Print the doctor's O.R. schedule and manage forms.
• Scan surgical forms into patient EMR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
