Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions seeks an Assistant Clinical Coordinator to coordinate daily patient care activities with physicians and care providers. The role involves clerical tasks, updating nursing unit information, and supporting staff to ensure goals are met.

You will organize clinic schedules, maintain medical records, ensure supplies, and communicate with staff to ensure efficient information flow in a patient-centered environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and coordinate clinic schedules, appointments, and maintain necessary lists and schedules.
• Perform clerical duties related to maintaining and updating medical records, chart accuracy and current data, and responding to inquiries.
• Ensure availability of office and medical supplies, and process information related to patient care.
• Communicate effectively by answering the telephone, directing calls to appropriate individuals , and taking messages.
• Collaborate with other personnel within the medical unit and other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
