Job summary

Wellpath is seeking an Assistant Clinical Coordinator - PRN to support daily patient care activities by coordinating with physicians and care providers. The role involves clerical duties, charting, and ensuring smooth information flow within the medical unit and departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• This position is available only to those who reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate clinic schedules, patient appointments, and maintain necessary lists and schedules.
• Perform clerical duties related to maintaining and updating medical records, chart accuracy and current data, and responding to inquiries.
• Ensure availability of office and medical supplies, and process information related to patient care.
• Communicate effectively by answering the telephone, directing calls to appropriate individuals, and taking messages.
• Collaborate with other personnel within the medical unit and other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
