This role collaborates with clinicians and staff to deliver world-class care across physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA services. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of healthcare administrative experience, strong time-management, and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and verify insurance coverage.
• Obtain necessary authorizations and collect payments.
• Process new patients and maintain clinic performance.
