Job summary

Curant Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator II in Smyrna, GA. The role starts with training hours 8:30 AM–5:30 PM for 90 days, then shifts to 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. The position is full-time with no nights or weekends, and includes paid holidays and employee benefits.

You will serve as the central link between patients, physicians and the pharmacy, delivering exceptional care. You will build relationships, document notes, verify insurance and maintain patient records using our pharmacy

Qualifications

Active Georgia Pharmacy Technician registration.
High school diploma required.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Experience with pharmacy insurance rejections and billing preferred.
Experience in a retail pharmacy environment preferred.
Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and care for assigned pharmacy patients with excellent service.
Communicate clearly with patients, doctors, hospitals and staff.
Document patient notes and verify insurance in the pharmacy system.
Maintain accurate healthcare records for each patient.
Work in a collaborative, caring team environment.
