Job summary

Curant Health invites you to join our Patient Care team as a PRN Member Care Assistant / CMA in Smyrna, GA. The role supports the clinical services team, enrolls patients into Care Management, and documents in the EHR to explain benefits and encourage engagement.

Candidates must complete an initial two-week, full-time onsite training at Smyrna location (8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday). After training, additional sessions may be onsite or remote based on business needs and leadership discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of clerical/clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Georgia Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support as assigned by the manager.
• Deliver a superior customer experience by effective phone communication with patients, providers, pharmacies, and partners.
• Support the MEOT Team by assisting with tasks to promote improved patient adherence.
• Organize daily workload to align with company goals and priorities.
• Ensure clear, accurate documentation at all times.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Foster a collaborative, positive team environment.
• Maintain professional demeanor in communication and problem-solving.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations while performing duties.
