Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I in Cayce, SC to support clinic growth and patient intake processes. This entry-level role collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth front-office operations and excellent patient service.

You will schedule referrals, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain an inviting reception. Monday–Friday, 40 hours; training provided; benefits include healthcare, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor patient arrivals.
• Manage non-clinical documentation and deposits.
• Support inventory and daily office tasks.
