Jefferson Outpatient Imaging seeks a patient-focused Patient Coordinator for a full-time shift at our Washington Township outpatient imaging center. You will warmly welcome patients, register them, schedule appointments, and coordinate care while maintaining records and supporting front-office operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and coordinate patient intake and registration.
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling of appointments.
• Answer phones and manage phone correspondence and reminders.
• Maintain accurate medical records and inventory as needed.
