Job summary

MedStar Radiology Network is seeking a patient-focused Patient Coordinator I for our Bel Air, MD imaging center. This Full-Time Flex position supports patient registration, appointment scheduling, and care coordination within a fast-paced team.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm schedule with one Saturday per month, plus benefits including health insurance, PTO, and 401(k). Training is provided to help you grow within the Business Office ladder.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and coordinate scheduling.
• Coordinate appointments and manage patient flow at the imaging center.
• Handle phone correspondence and patient communications.
• Assist with inventory and medical record management.
• Support the Imaging Center team to maintain high-quality patient care.
