The work we do building families offers stimulation, challenge, and personal reward.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Arlington, VA office. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. After 6-9 months of training, the position will be hybrid with 1 remote day per week upon successful chart review.

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for:

• Assisting with the clinical care of fertility patients
• Providing patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicating physician orders and instructions
• Providing pre- and post-op education
• Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
• Working independently to ensure program goals are achieved
• Supporting and promoting excellence in customer service

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and high comfort level with computer applications, data entry accuracy, and speed
