Qualifications

• Strong communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Core responsibilities in patient care coordination and practice management.
• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule efficiently.
• Make welcome calls and enhance patient experience and arrival rate.
• Manage non-clinical documentation and clinic inventory.
• Oversee caseload, discharge planning, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
• Attend trainings with TFT for business process updates.
