Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Denver, CO clinic. This entry-level office role focuses on smooth daily operations and exceptional patient service.

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to support patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and front-office tasks, while delivering a welcoming experience to every patient and family we serve.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to relate to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized with deadlines.
• Strong time management and presentation skills as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls to patients and manage arrival rate.
• Manage scheduling, documentation routing, deposits and non-clinical tasks.
• Support training and compliance as needed.
