Physical Therapy and Rehab Specialists, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, in Woodhaven, MI seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level office role supports clinic operations and delivers excellent customer service.

You will schedule referrals, verify insurance, collect payments, and keep the front desk organized while collaborating with the Clinic Director to support growth and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills – relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Multitask, detail oriented, meet deadlines, work with little supervision
• Team member with time management and presentation skills

• Collect money due at time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
