Miller Family Eyecare in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the warm, organized heartbeat of our front desk. You’ll guide patients from check-in to check-out with a friendly voice, ensure smooth scheduling, and create a stress-free visit experience.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18–$22 plus benefits and a supportive culture. Monday–Friday, no weekends, with growth opportunities in a patient-centered team.

Competenze

• Healthcare or optical customer service experience is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems.
