The PCC-I will greet patients, schedule referrals, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain an organized front desk.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect patient payments.
• Maintain an inviting and organized front office workspace.
