Mountain Land Physical Therapy in Clinton, UT is hiring a friendly Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk) to join our outpatient clinic. You will manage scheduling and payment collection, creating a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Training is provided and the role offers full-time, on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage provider schedules using our scheduling software.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service.
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming.
