Qualifications

• 2+ years of data entry/administrative experience in a healthcare office preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally & in writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter our clinic.
• Schedule appointments for patients.
• Collect detailed demographic information.
• Enter data and maintain electronic patient files in the CRM system.
• Process, file, and track insurance benefits claims for our patients.
